Las Vegas , NV ? After careful review and legal consultation, RichCash is adopting a plan to completely comply with the new 2257 regulations. While we hope to see future changes to these laws to better accommodate affiliate marketing, in the meantime we must fully comply with the current changes to limit the liability of our affiliates and ourself. The 2257 legislation is already causing major waves in the adult industry, with the possibility of more changes to come. By instituting these changes now we are positioning ourselves to comply with any future changes.

While RichCash supports all legitimate efforts to reduce both child pornography and minors access to adult content, we cannot release personal model information to affiliates due to privacy and safety concerns. We would like to make it clear that under no circumstances will we jeopardize our models? safety by releasing their identities unless a court order has been issued.

To fully understand the new changes, it is necessary to understand that only content deemed ?SEXUALLY EXPLICIT? falls under the umbrella of the new legislation. After consultation with our attorneys, we interpret this as ?lascivious exhibition of the genitals or pubic area.? Luckily, the large majority of RichCash?s content does not fall under this category. That said, any content that shows the model?s genitalia will no longer be allowed for affiliate promotion of any kind. Please keep in mind that any use of content outside the content cleared for your use will constitute grounds for terminating your affiliate relationship.
