BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. ? Norman Zada, owner and founder of Perfect 10 Magazine and its accompanying website, has filed a motion for preliminary injunction against Amazon.com for copyright infringement. Zada contends that search engines like Google and others are breeding grounds for copyright infringement.

I would never do business with this guy.. I guess next he should start sueing all the ISP's that have newsgroup servers, or all the International companies that allow p2p, message boards, etc.. He is going to have a busy life.
