Actually this will probably end up totally fucking corrupt with companies being charged serious money for what really is theres.
Threats could be made "pay us or all the ISPs and SEs will ban your existing domain".

For some reason I don`t really think .xxx is gonna be that important.It`s never gonna be as brandable or recognizable as a .com. But that`s just my humble opinion...
