Ok since you have already baked your balls, I would suggest washing them very well. Now what I am about to say may sound like a joke but it is not. You need to rub them down with something either alcohol based or fat based to remove the oils that are seering your nads. Then wash them again in soapy water.

P.S. you may now no longer need to get clipped.
