CCbill is being implemented while you read this ;)
We plan on setting things up so you can either choose to promote it with CCbill as primary processor and Ibill as backup or Ibill as primary and CCbill as backup.
There has been a lot of issues with Ibill stats lately and collection boxes on the signup page but as long as the check arrives I don't see any problems ;)
Some prefer Ibill others prefer CCbill. That is why we are adding both
