Clickcash does not send them out..

Q Are my Clickcash earnings taxable? Do I have to report them?

they legally have to report you, but they dont legally have to send them, but they legally have to give you one if you request one.

they don't have to legally report anyone they do business with. but if they don't want to pay taxes on the money they made and paid out to you they have to report what they paid out and to who

Actually, they don't send 1099s because they are one of many sponsor programs that terms the money paid as advertising and not as sub-contracted. It's all in how they report it on their taxes. Regardless of how they report it, it is still business income to whoever receives it.

Not quite sure where you are all getting your info from because I received ed my 1099 from WebPower Inc. I.E. Click Cash several weeks ago. Better get up with them and get one. You dont want to fuck with the IRS unless you wanna have all your shit repo'd and end up as someone's bitch. Trust me I've seen it happen and It's not pretty. Charlie
