Custom title/description/keyword meta tags based on file name? .htaccess? - GoFuckYourself.com

I have a site using oscommerce and the header tag controller is just a mess. Is there any way to rewrite/override the meta tags in a simple .htaccess file or something? I would like to create custom multi variation tags for each page. Hope someone can help

Maybe you can change the templates to echo the keywords?
