Some guy is trying to stiff me on a laptop I's trying to purchase from
him. I sent money order ... now he is ignoring my e-mails and thinks he
can just keep my money ... well my question to you ... is do you or
anyone you know live near his address :

it says Cleveland but I believe it is actually Brecksville.

Any ways ... if you or anyone you know does ... all I'm asking is for a
discription of the house / building ... for example ... is it a blue
house or 2 flat apartment etc. ... with white stairs ... a swing on the
front porch ... white picket fence ... and so on ... and what stores or
businesses can you see from it.

He didn't supply his phone number ... but I have it now ... I want to
call him and tell him I have friends near him ... and use the facts of
his home. Maybe he will send my puter then.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Just keep records of the transaction and all attempted correspondence. If he doesn't respond, contact the authorities in his area and inquire about pressing charges for grand theft.

or you can go through the government's Internet Fraud Protection and file a complaint at:

But warn the guy that you are about to do that.. It should get your laptop to ya..
