Drink a lot of water and stay AWAY from the computer. I get this every few days from too much concentration

i never wake up with a headache.

if i got a headache i take one aspirin and lay down in my room where its dark.

screens are evil if you have a headache because your eyes are very busy while watching a screen

A Headache is a poor excuse not to have Sex.
The release of endorphins will numb your headache.
I'm sure you won't have trouble finding willing men...lol

Get somebody to give your neck and shoulders a deep rub for about 5 minutes... the mechanical motion will relieve any stress and get the blood flowing through your brain -- that should definitely help with the headache. And as for pain medications, a couple of 200mg doses of Ibuprofen always works for me. Good luck!
