Your server stats should be enough, but if you really, really, REALLY need a counter, just use http://www.xav.com/scripts/axs/ and at least you'll be safe about trojans, worms, spyware and shit, it's just a little script in your own server, pretty decent stats, and real-time ones, btw. The only down is you'll need to delete your log once the script admin gets too big, depending on server you'd be deleting it every 1.5/2 months (or around 3 mil hits)
