The Planet Tech Support Rocks!
I had tech support do an upgrade on mySQL with a Plesk Interface so they could support it. Check out this response time.

I've never been happier with a host. I thought I was going to have to worry about an upgrade during the week and possibly debug during peek hours. On top of that it took 31 minutes to do the upgrade and reply to me.
