Epassporte - what is going on?

Was anyone able to reach Epassporte recently? No answer to email and no one picks up the phone for three days now.

ya know....i get payments sent to & deposited to my bank every 1-2 weeks for the past 7 monts & i've never had a problem

certainly never needed to call them

what kind of situations would warrant needing to call their customer support?

It is my understanding that ePassporte is training new people on their customer support end....so wait times on the phone might be longer.

But, we had a problem that was solved with an email and an icq...so it's all good here...

I tried calling the 416 number you gave. They told me they are marketing people and I should call the numbers on the website which I've been trying for four days now. No help there.

No reply to my email either.

I had to call them today (only 10 minute wait. Not too bad). According to their website, the ATM withdrawal limit resets at 4pm PST every day. According to every freaking ATM I went to today, that is not the case. The ePassporte rep I talked to said it is every 24 hours. Someone needs to update the website

The limits resets around 4 pm pacific every day.

When you log in, click account then it will show your limits.
If you have made a withdrawl it will show, then wait until you can see the limit reset.

Nope. That would be an incorrect statement according to the rep I spoke with and every ATM machine I went to. I made a withdrawal at 2:15 pm Pacific time yesterday, 12/4. According to what you just posted, my limit should have been reset 1 hour and 45 minutes later. At approximately 1:15 Pacific time today, 12/5, I tried to make a withdrawal. It told me I did not have suffcient funds when I had almost 5 times the amount in there that I was trying to withdraw. I tried more than one ATM machine and more than one bank. I got the same thing at all of them. It wasn't until I tried again at 4pm Pacific time that I was able to make another withdrawal. That tells me that it resets every 24 hours not at 4pm Pacific time.

I made a withdrawl at about noon Pacific yesterday cause I needed to take out 2 times my limit. Then when I checked at about 6 pm pacific my limits had reset, I never got around to take out some cash today but I confirmed this with ePassporte yesterday cause someone were asking me this and its also my own past experience.

Well, my limits took 24 hours to reset. And how do you take out two times your limit?

We have had No probs With EpassPorte.

I would Imagine they are also busy with the holidays and large trade shows right now in Vegas as well as basic growing pains for a company the size of epassporte
