Just stay busy and keep yourself away from smoking environments. Also, if you can replace the smoking habit with something else while trying to quit, it will help. I know I used to drink LOTS of coffee when I quit. A bit ironic, since the two would always go together.

I haven't smoked in 3 days............it's been hard but damn it feels nice.
And I was a 2 pack a day smoker. It's easier than I thought b/c you'll notice a breathing difference.

I havn't smoked in 2 weeks, its pretty easy for me to quit though, i've done it 100 times....i'm a weekend smoker lol

Sounds like we quit at the same time.
This is my 3rd day. 2 packs a day was smoking........fucking sucks I have been drinking a lot more water/soda but the airways are already feeling clear. Yours?
