I've not had that problem at all.

You installed the iTunes CD onto your computer, yes?

Because even if a download is interrupted, you can click 'purchased music' and it's saved.

If you want, add me to icq: 27331641 and I'll see if I can help.

there has been problems with the Britney Spears and the New Kids on the Block catalog i Iread the other day. Maybe this is an issue. Try Nsync or smurfs see if that helps Mike. LOL

I thought you could only use on pc per ipod. Everytime I plug it in to another compuer it gives me the option to clear my whole ipod with the new library and not add just certian songs from the pc. Am I doing something wrong as well.

Sorry I couldn't help me but i havent bought a song off itunes before.

I'm on another PC now ... the one i installed Itunes on when i bought the ipod ... it won't download my purchased music because it was already downloaded onto the other pc .... I'm going to walk away from it for about an hour and give Mark tiarra a call ..he's really good with the Ipod thing ... I've had mine a year and never had this happen before ...

Raven ... I'll hit you up if it doesn't work out ... thanks .. if you think of anything else let me know ...

WE'RE ALL GOOD ... it let me buy and download the tunes but not do anything with them ... I never tried to play them ...when i just did it asked me if i want to authorize this computer ... i put my account in and it told me i have 4 out of 5 authorizations used ..so i can authorize one more pc ... now it is moving over the tunes ....

I guess sometimes you just have to step back and rethink it ...

Be sure you unauthorize any computers you aren't using anymore because once you lost an authorization it's gone forever.
