Actually we can, we have both been a part of opensource projects that take full advantage of the technologies. We both develop large scale applications for large companies both adult and non-adult that leverage such technologies. Actually we have also been a part of building AJAX frameworks as well as PHP Frameworks. One which is used on quite a few sites.

As far as examples, most of the stuff we have done is owned by the company and is their internal work. I am not going to post stuff like that on here for obvious reasons. Not all of us programmers whip up little voting scripts. I am employed full time and just wanted to cover some extra medical bills I encountered over the last month, but that is all taken care of for me now.
