Don (my boss) from Topbucks' gift to us

My boss ROCKS - besides other goodies received for the holidays (lots of them) my manager, Sylvia, arranged to have the remote Account Managers flown in for the Christmas party! We got to spend 2 days at TopBucks / CyberHeat HeadQuarters and meet all the employees and get a sense what their day-to-day work is like! All I can say is not only do the Topbucks/PluginFeeds & PinkVisual crew kick ass, they were very welcoming, fun and we had an absolute blast!

I've worked with many companies over the years, but I've never seen so much effort and planning put into welcoming a bunch of reps from afar.

Thanks Don for flying us in & your hospitality, Sylvia for setting this all up and being our welcoming committee and waking up extra early to take us to the airport! Thanks to the Activities Committee for planning such a wonderful party with a limo ride & at a beautiful banquet hall & parting gifts. Special thanks to the entire crew at Cyberheat for being so welcoming!!

So Merry Christmas again and may 2006 be just as great!! It was very memorable and much appreciated!

The welcoming committee was my *joke* in it

The Activities Committee is setup so the employees get to enjoy eachother's company every month or so doing different activities together. Takes away from the monotony of 'working life' and helps build better working relationships along the way.

But you're not so wrong - it is gay *the adjective* not *the noun* - any company that makes sure their employees get to play with their co-workers and learn how to depend on eachother and interact in a different ambiance every once in awhile, is good in my book. Keeps spirits up, loyalty and has less employee turnaround. Stability in all businesses is key!

Robert, if they 'withheld' any money from you - there was a reason for it. With the amount of money Topbucks pays out per payout to its affiliates, take it from me, it is most definitely not your alleged $2.5k that is making the company thrive.

If money was withheld from you, there are very few reasons where Topbucks will not pay an affiliate if the account was shutdown, so you must have done something against TOS and were probably warned about it several times too.

Did you do something against TOS? If yes, were you warned about it (normally they give you a chance to get your act together)? Would you like me to look into it for you so we can perhaps enlighten GFY on the issue at hand?

Trix, Steph, and Laurie,

It was so wonderful to have you all out. It was nice seeing Trix and Laurie again and meeting Steph for the first time. I wish you all could have stayed longer and was very sad to see you go. Can't wait to see you all soon and thanks again for the pleasure of your company.

I know it was just for the employees glad you guys had fun. Not sure if i'm making it for the show seems like such a hassle with all the shows going on at once. I might fly in for a day though just to see a few people and if I do i'll stop by the vbar for sure

In defense of our great Support team - they have THOUSANDS more affiliates than I do and depending on the amount of help requests/warnings/violations and 1000 more things on their desk at any given time, they may not have time to listen to your particular story or the predicament you are in as to 'why' you can't correct the situation and why you can't guarantee it won't happen again. Which is why we suggest you keep close contact with your Affiliate Account Manager cuz they can hear you out and explain the situation to our supervisor and see if anything can be done to help you.

Like everyone else, we don't want to lose business or our good affiliates, we want to give the best in support and service to you so you continue to promote and grow with us.

If you choose to violate TOS and put us at risk, then that is not good business for us. Every regulation has a reason - we don't put them there to impede sales to be made - trust me on that - but we're open for discussion and will not - I repeat - WILL NOT shut you down and keep your money for no reason at all - it's not in our best interest. Let's make that clear to everyone.

First step is to check who your Account Manager is - check that when you login to TB - if you don't have one and want to work with a rep please let us know. Always keep close contact with your Account Manager & their details handy! Should anything happen - hit your Account Manager up with the situation first or another rep since there is basically someone online 24 hours a day. If it's the weekend and you can't get a response fast enough, then hit up Support.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the result, you can always hit me up and if I know I can't help you but believe there is something that can be done, I will forward you to the person may be able to do something - no guarantees but at least you know you're being heard. *I won't post her details cuz she's already floored with my requests all day long, hehehe*

... If you choose to violate TOS and put us at risk, then that is not good business for us...
you know the story .. it was unintentional on my end
but yes, it was my mistake .. that's why I was not bitching about being terminated .. I simply accepted it ..
I just didnt and still dont agree with the decision to withhold my earnings for that

Robert - I wasn't saying you chose to violate the TOS - it was a warning for those that disregard it.

As I promised you early this morning, I brought it to the attention of my boss and explained your entire situation and predicament. She had quite a few things to take care of today but promised to look into your case/file further if anything can be done to correct your situation. Again, there are no guarantees but I know she will look into it further.

Big difference! From my hubby and me in our home office with the snow covering our windows to the dry heat of Tucson with brightly colored buildings and a huge office building that houses CHIs finest - it was quite the change. Meeting over 50 people in brief office tour was quite baffling even for me that I love putting a face & 'real' name to an ICQ nick hehehe

Yup TopBucks = the bomb
