ok, i've been fucking around on the moog for a little bit now designing a bass sound from pretty much nothing except energy by fucking with pitch envelopes -- i think it sounds much better now, heres the newer version:

I don't mean to harsh man, we do the same type of thing, but you're much more hip hoppy than I. Lemme gave the other links a listen before I comment further, but, from my quick sample earlier, I didn't like the bass drum at :26 and :46, actually I don't like the tone of it throughout, but thats just me. Take everything with a grain of salt though, as its not 'my' type of music...
