because of the lack of time to fix dinner at home

Me too. Subway is my diet food, so I've learned to deal with it. Currently I'm in my "add sweet onion sauce to everything" phase.

Yes quizno's and subway are fast food.
They just happen to be a healthier version. Though I never eat from either. I can not stand them. I always use the local deli for my eat out sandwiches.

I eat a lot of In N Out, I also love Subways, Subway sandwiches are slices of ecstacy and heaven, damn good, especially Italian BMT!

I diet so that I can indulge.. Liquor, cake, mexican food, dark chocolate, oreo hot fudge sundae -- all high in calories. If I eat Subway as my primary staple, I can splurge whenever I like.

This past week probably 3-4 times, but usually only once or so a week. I have pretty much every fast food place within a block so when I'm in a time crunch its nice to get a little variety. I do Wendy's the most, I love their 99 cents chicken nuggets. Carls Jr. has a great 99 cents spicy chicken sandwich too, as does KFC.
