How to process US based Visa Credit Cards living outside USA ?

Hey guys, how are you? i was trying to signup at ccbill in order to start selling a one-time fee product and i found a problem during the subscription form

I have a US address to receive mail, but i'm not an US citizen ... And on this form i need to fill a security social number and a Tax ID ... On other sites like clickbank i could fill a form which is for people like me which live on US but are not US citizens, on this form basically i put my tax information on my country where i pay them ...

But well, it seems that ccbill only will process US Visa credit cards for US citizens only ???

So, my 2 questions are:

1. Is there any way to avoid entering this numbers or to make ccbill process US Visa credit cards even if i'm not a US citizen ?

2. If not, which third party processor can you recommend me in order to be able to process US based Visa credit cards not being a US citizen ?

Well guys, hope someone can help me here cause i need to set up everything so i can start selling next week!

www.verotel.com is probably the best processor in your situation, unless you're in EU (ccbilleu) or you are willing to set up a USA or EU company.

I have a EU passport But when i enter ccbilleu i noticed they say that if i want to process EU visa credit cards y must do the Visa High Risk stuff just as for US visas on ccbill ( US ccbill ) ... So my question is ... If i want to process both, i must do this process and pay 750 for US visas and EU visas ?

i will check verotel, thanks a lot man!

And for the rest out there :P If i have an eu passport and want to process US visas, what is your recommendation ? ccbill ? ccbilleu? other ? I also need to start processing asap and i see that ccbill says that the visa high risk approval process may check vetween 7/21 bussiness days

If you want to do Visa processing properly, you will need to fork out some cash (and wait while they approve it. ). Same with Verotel, their ticketsclub system gets around the Visa requirements (I think you can start processing immediately) but the interface is a bit more confusing for surfers. They allow you to upgrade to "pro" which is a proper Visa-reviewed system.

Great bro, thanks! yeah, we checked out verotel and seems better for our needs than ccbill, but even like this, it doesn't help :P

This is the specific situation ... First of all, its not an adult site, its a mainstream one, so no problem with that ... We are argentinian citizens but we have european passports ( My partner has two passports, the argentinian and the european one :P ) ... But we both live in argentina ... so the problem is that every time we fill in a form that ask for the passport it also asks for a telephone and an address we don't have

If we want to go the way of the USA resident, we can't also, cause we have a valid US address BUT we are not us citizens, so we don't have tax id there, we pay taxes in argentina!

So basically, we need a processor that actually contemplates the case of people that resides on USA/Europe but its not a citizen of that country ( We pay taxes on our own country )

In resume, i think we will go via clickbank, they seem to contemplate this case ... at least i'm an affiliate of a product i sell and i can fill a form for this case were i live in USA but i pay taxes on another country :P Hope this can be done as a product owner too and not only as an affiliate :P

Well, got the situation ? what is your recomendation man ? btw, thanks a lot for your quick answers man, you were really helpfull

I can help you to get setup for accepting credit cards from the US or anywhere else.
Any US or EU company will do and product sales have great rates!

I'm off to Vegas for the show but will be checking email a couple times a day so feel free to email me for details

Touch stuff? Some fraud systems compare the IP address to BIN number and see if the country of the issuing bank matches the location of the IP address? often whole countries are blocked, so it doesn?t matter where your credit card was issued? Surely, having your own merchant account would give you the greatest flexibility? I would think. If you are in Vegas, I?d recommend to find Mitch from Netbilling? he is the man who could surly give you the right answer.

You simply need to get either a Paycom or a CCBill EU account.

Acquisition and settlement occur in the region where your business is located (or you are located if you are a sole proprietor), NOT the region where the card is issued.

Nothing akin to rocket science here.
