besides, every movie that gets nominated by some dipshit critic panel for an award never seems to be my type of movie...
im not a steel magnolias, crying game kind of guy... gimme comedy, action, adventure, and scary movies any day. which reminds me, anyone notice that thier havent been very many good movies lately... i went to see wolf creek thinking it would be descent, but no such luck... the idea of that (what happened in wolf creek) happening is a scary thought, and it very well can, and does occasionally happen... but the villian was NOT scary at all in that film. it was supposed to be "as scary as texas chainsaw massacre" but it wasnt even close.

I was going to rent it before I looked into what the story is about, bunch of clowns recommended it in the other thread, but like MikeyFingaz said, watching a gay love story flick, doesn't sound apealing at all....
