Fair enough. I'm not singling out 'train tracks' as an evil, but their popular use does seguay neatly into a serious discussion of 'teen' marketing compromising the believability that a site owner(or affiliate) would not cash in on CP if they could get away with it.

Anything which actively (albeit implicitly) nutures the impression that the models are underage is going to far. If anything, even clearer (on each page) statements asserting the models are legal age is merited whenever the models are very young looking.

In Canada and in some states in the US this is NOT legal.. it actually is considered child porn. Doesn't matter if the performer is 35, if you put her in fake braces, pigtails, and give her a teddy bear, it's what the IMPLICATIONS of the situation are, as much as the actual age.
