Dude do you ever lay off? Of the like 100 posts you've made with supposed insider political and legal information, exactly 0 of them have come to pass. That's a pretty sad ratio. Maybe you should consider writing for a tabloid instead?

Now give him a little credit. Out of the 20 indictments he's predicted there was actually 1. I would never take stock in those odds, but he's hitting 1 for 20 so far!

That's true....
I mean, the war etc is a shame (in my opinion), as the "facts" etc have turned out as many suspected, to be bull.

What I don't understand however is why a post like this is here on GFY...?

Do you mean Delay? Didn't he step down? I didn't think their was an actual indictment.

See, it makes no sense to try and prosecute the executive branch now .. Because there's only three more years until Presidental pardons come down. So, if say for instance Dick Cheney were found guilty of a crime, and sent to jail ... You don't think GWB would pardon him in December of 2008?

If shit's gonna hit the fan, it'll be after the Administration changes hands.

Just the usual leftist BULLSHIT, like the 20+ indictments in the Plame case. Gore Vidal, Ed asner..... You forgot Barbara Streisand! You are brain dead without an ounce of common sense or credibility. Why should anyone believe or listen to you. You're predictions are NEVER right.

Why not stick to Bulgarian issues. You don't have a clue about the USA. And please change your nick to bullsht.....

The only body that typically brings charges against the President of the US is the House of Representatives. That is if it is going to stick. The attorney General could call a Grand Jury and I suppose any state or municipal prosecutor could do the same. Good luck on the arrest of a sitting President.

Yep, tin foil time.

Yep, like with the guy that said that Iraq had WMD .... or that the USA is winning the war ....

- The war will pay by itself : Experts Say Iraq War Will Cost $1 Trillion

- insurgents are at their last breath : US Chopper Down, 17 Killed in Iraq

I always lover those tin foil hats stories ....

God I hate liars. He stepped aside due to time restrictions in being cleared in time. He will be cleared without question. It was a pathetic load of demo crap to get him out. Funny thing is demo's dont have the same rule that required Tom to step down due to an indictment. Why do you think that is? These retard s that post this crap are annoying. Talk about propaganda. sheesh.

Before stepping down as majority leader, Rep. Tom DeLay (R-TX) "held a series of private discussions with current and former colleagues over the last two days, most of whom told him to give up any hope of returning to the leadership following Abramoff?s conviction," Roll Call reports.

Former RNC Chairman Ed Gillespie "even flew to Houston to offer DeLay the same advice. Gillespie and the GOP lawmakers told DeLay that it would be impossible for him to return as Majority Leader, a position also echoed by his senior aides. DeLay then decided that it was 'better to step down rather than be thrown out.'"

bottom line.....no chance that the leader of the free world (past, present or future) will be indicted much less brought to trial on "war crimes".
