I am looking for a decent virtual package for a simple directory project. Must allow for unlimited add on domains. Up to date on patches, PHP4, PHP5, Crontab, SSI etc.

I don't need a ton of BW but something scalable in the future would be nice.

Uptime is crucial. Prefer to deal with someone that owns or works with the company not just someone dropping a referral link (although I will look all offers over).
