Im currently in the process of putting together a "voyeur house" site. We have 15+ girls a huge 7BR house, hot tub cams, bed room cams etc. All the featured girls are 18-23 (university students) very sweet and beautiful, and looking forward to the project. We have 40+ dv cams a nice video\audio script, and the website is almost developed, can people please give me there honest opinions, or suggestions on how this site will do. We are putting alot of money and work into this to make sure there are always live video streams, and permanent girls living in the house. I can't find many sites that offer live streams anymore (usualy jut relayed video), if similar sites voyeurdorm.com etc have done so good in the past why is there no competition anymore? Is there still demand? Thanks in advance for opinions and suggestions.

It'll be a lot easier to give you an opinion once we at least have a url. I think it could work, but its going to depend on how well you market it. Voyeurdorm is practically dead as the girls are hardly on. The whole key is going to be interaction, if you have girls that are on live often and interact with members daily then it will recur nicely.

Voyeur LIVE streams are for our successful. It contributes into the success our webcam girls have in their own private chatrooms. This year I want to open a second Voyeur House to expand the number of Voyeur feeds.

There is a market in the plugins area for sure.
I would try your product as either an upsell or plugin for my voyeur paysites.

there are MANY and also a lot who went down after a few months. Make sure you got the equipment, the marketing and the money when you charge $400 a month for a stream.

We have the largest voyeur house in the world and the "oldest" LOL But it is a lot of work and people do not really want to pay for softcore action anymore. Maybe if you compbine it with 1on1 rooms it is an added value to your product. But just the streams I would put my money somewhere else nowdays.

the only thing i would warn about, it to have activity in your house. no one will stay if all the cams are empty haha ;)
