It is RAILs load-balancing. My host also set up a periodic rsync to keep the content in sync on the second server.

Like i said i need some tweaking so it would be great if i can find an expert in this feild.

all i know is techiemedia had a system setup for ogrish/goregasm they are hosted with them.
