question to php/mysql programmers

how much would it cost to create a backend like the one shown at http://www.cs-cart.com/demo.html and about how long would it take you?

CS-Cart looks like a modified version of OSCommerce - http://www.oscommerce.com from where I sit.

Yes, you can sale software under the GPL license. So long as you provide the full source.

fallenmuffin is right. It looks like a tweaked oscommerce thing. oscommerce is free.

i don't plan on reinventing the wheel. i'm asking because my friend has an html template and will need a good backend for it. cs-cart was the best working example i could find. i assume it would cost about $5000-$10,000 for this kind of backend?
