A memorable toon character in the header would be nice, but isn't required.

Header should be 755x150 max (no minimum)

http://www.fuckk.com/ is a good example of the type of layout I'm looking for.

I need a main page and subpage template, 60s/70s theme and colors.

Hehe, so do my current clients, who'd be all over me if I entered a contest with a design to win $200, when they get charged $299 per design.
