Is fantasy incest, fantasy rape, and scat illegal?

Hosting a tgp in the usa/canada and was wondering if including these categories would be pushing it?

Even sites like www.sleepassault.com and other soft rape sites like it have raised some eyebrows though they aren't technically illegal. If you are in the Us I would definitely avoid rape, soft rape, fake incest and the like ... especially with the DOJ on the war path.

Does it really matter just if they are illegal or not?? It's more to do with personal standards first? No?

The gal who owns ForcedFantasies.com recently changed the name due to the potential legalities involved. The site's basically a fantasy abduction theme. She's been a player in the industry for years - but still was leary of the legal fallout of the domain name.

Lots of sites are illegal in the USA, it all depends on where you live and work.

Isn't it a matter of concern over community standards, and such things are felt to be too risky should an obscenity charge be made in that "community"??
