This shit happens every couple of month tho..
I?m almost convinced that sales are not counted as well. One thing that I noticed is if you look at webalizer ?member count? it goes up. Then I look at stats through CCBill and there are cool zeroes? Oh joy!!! I know there are some script kiddies that have way of adding passwords to CCBill but fuck when you see zeroes and member count continues to go up its fucked up.

if you think something is not working, i suggest that you test it with your own card, our overall decline numbers look normal, if you notice anything weird, get hold of our client support department

Just to let you know, we seen quite a few denials today as well. Not sure what was wrong there, pissed me off I know that, lmao.

Hugs,
Jen

I have a concern that in some areas people can't load CCbill forms at *some* times. We log each join button clicks and monitor them frequently, sometimes a visitor clicks the same button several times with 20-30 seconds delay in between, this means that the CC form doesn't load and they try again, this happens to AOL and WebTv customers mostly... Personally, I can always load the forms properly (in 3-15 seconds), but it seems there are people who can't. Maybe Cavecreek network has some connectivity issues in some areas.

sign ups were good today and ALL the rebills went through, usually we lose a few % on that a day. very little denials. Knocking on wood that it stays that way.

I had something happen yesterday with CCBill that I've never experienced before.
I had a long period (hours and hours) with no signups - and then I saw a test signup from CCBill.
I figured that the test was a result of someone complaining about not being able to sign up...so I called CCBill support.
They told me no one had complained. They had just noticed the same thing I had - no signups for many hours - so they ran a test just to make sure that everything was working properly.
Wow.
Kudos to CCBill - that's above and beyond

I had a problem today where every single one of my rebills failed. This used to happen all the time (I was at a point where I was getting more failed rebills than successful ones), but it hadn't happened in a while til today. Ugh

this morning's stats seemed better so far, don't know what it's doing now though, I keep getting this message after I login to ccbill "Error: A server error occurred. We apologize for any inconvenience"

I may need to get a job @ mcdonalds.

Last week new record, best weekever ever even tho I had like 2 horrid days, and then 2 huge 10+ sale days. then this week 8 chargebacks, no sales, no rebills. Turning into a horrible week.
