It's costing you more to not move everything at this point.

I'd pay the $100 to move the scripts then go back and try to get the money from your current host if you can even do that.

First thing is to move asap though.

how is that possible , 9 days. . . .

shit , they gotta pay you what you lost !!

one of my friends site were closed for 3 days because of hosting and his daily profit was +140$
then the host discounted 140*3$ from his hosting debt. . .

The amount of money you're losing in down time is proabably substantially more than the price of a script installation. There's no question here! Get ona new host, pay them to set up the damn scripts, and THEN sort out any legal matters with hosthead.

9 days is absurd.

I will handle a couple days downtime with any given host so long as I know they are working on whatever the problem is.

Anything over 48 hours to me is unacceptable. There is no server problem that I have encountered that cannot be taken care of in 24 hours or less.

9 days...that is fucking crazy, there is no way I would put up with that. If they are a good host the will make up for that somehow, I know we would!!

if you are in the US and they are in the US, go to your bank and file and affidavit on the check, that it was cashed on a fraud basis that you didn't receieve the item
