I fucked up my knee
Playing soccer, not only does it hurt and its annoying limping at the moment, but if I want to play soccer/sports again, looks like I might have to get my cruitiate ligaments done

beer created my problems
I turned up for first training 15lbs heavier than I normally play at, 10 mins into it my I turned funny on my knee. It just means one more reason not to leave my pc |

sorry to hear it man. Ive been putting off surgery on both knees for 6 years.
Ive already been through spine fusion surgery after I broke my neck, and dont want the down time in training again. I hate being bedridden. good luck man |
