Hi people, once again I am looking for some ?entry? level hosting. Since it is just a little project of mine, I?d like to keep the costs low. Here is what I would be needing?

Apache
mysql 4.x.
php4 (or higher, but not php5). (with Zend Engine v1.3.0 and Zend Optimizer v2.5.10 / 2.6.0).
php libraries required: GD2.x with JPEG support, FTP support enabled
ZendOptimizer 2.5 or newer to run encrypted php files
perl Image::Magick module (5.5.7 or newer) Image::Magick installed as perl extension, not as run-time (convert) version.
tar, gzip (from shell only)
wget (accessible from apache as well)
Apache/PHP configuration: Permissions to execute shell commands through php code (i.e. exec(); system(); and chmod must be allowed). Running of php scripts through the php executable is also required.
Apache/PHP configuration: PHP installed as a module, not as CGI (Server API: Apache)
Apache/PHP configuration: php must be installed as CLI too, CLI version must be compiled with Zend Optimizer
Apache/PHP configuration: Ideally, safe mode should be off (both as a local and master value).
Apache/PHP configuration:allow_url_fopen should be on

wow....all those bullet points is "entry level " hosting? lol...have you tried OC3?

Yes, I have only heard good things about them and they are right on the ball. Problem is that the solution that I would need is too expensive... to start out with anyhow...
