Would you sue Yahoo for violating your trademark?
Yahoo is using my domain name (which has been a registered trademark since 1996) in Google adwords. When I type in my domain in Google, both Yahoo and True.com show up in adwords as:
www mydomain com Find Love With Yahoo! Personals. Create a Free Profile Now. personals.yahoo.com Www mydomain com Browse photos, Millions of Users Jump Start Your Love Life, aff www.true.com So, should I spend the thousands in Attorney fees to sue? |

You have to make some sort of noise, otherwise it can invalidate your trademark.
