auto refresher for IE
Hey really what the title says, is there one out there
similar to the opera one but I need if for IE, i cant seem to find one anywhere, help would be really grateful, thanks guys

just build an iframe of the page you want to refresh..
Like build a blank html page with refresh code on it , then insert an iframe that targets the site you want to keep open, you might have to login the first time .

it has to be i.e coz opera will only let me log onto to one server on the site, it merges the accounts together and only works the latest one, firefox i just dont like. Thats why it has to be i.e. but i have found a solution so it doesnt matter, thanx bear for trying
