Franck, if it were me looking for a new sponsor here, don't take this the wrong way buddy but in the time you've sat there bitching at people for not jumping through 100% of your hoops I could have had 100 links up and had a single new template designed myself already.
Maybe a program owner can come in here and meet all of your terms, but you know as well as I do that this is GFY, you're going to have dozens of affiliates shooting you links just looking for a referral. They're not going to be able to provide 3 month retention stats except maybe on their own traffic (which is meaningless since their traffic is not your traffic), and if they're not designers they won't be able to provide you your template. Why not just take someone's referral, contact the program and ask them about retention and design your own template ?? Whatever, the sponsor I posted for you is well run, they pay, they have the kind of sites you said you're looking for, but beyond that you're on your own man. I hope you find what you're looking for.
