I dont know what to do about this situation. This girl i met recently and only been together twice might move in with me. She is having a problem with a place to live. I really like her so far and we had sex the second date. She got into a jam with money and cant afford her rent anymore. I dont know how i should act now, is she a roommate or am i dating her? I feel really bad for her situation and i do like her.

Haha. Ok if you do and you allow your feelings and dick to make this finacial choice for you please do the following.

Put together a written agreement.
Have it state she is responsible for half of the rent and bills.
Have it state the rules of the house including inviting people over and so forth.

Then each month give her a written & signed statement showing that you are trying to collect the rent and bill money. Even if she runs a tab, keep adding to it and having her sign. That way when it does eventually end up in small claims she can not fall back on the bf/gf excuse.

Last tip. Look up the maximum small claims suit amounts in your state and when she is close to them get your damn judgement. Do not let her run a tab beyond that amount.

I've done this a couple of times and in both cases I ended up not only fucking the girl but all of her friends. Some at the same time. No problems with either case. The key is putting them into a quasi relationship. You let them know you are fucking at will, and you have the say in the situation but you are still buddy buddy like friends. This takes the pressure off of both of you and you can use her to pull more women into the situation.
