i'm finally done with my first rental house and i have a sign on the lawn to rent it out. lot of people have been calling and i finally found 1 person who seems qualified. where is the best place to get a credit check for them?

Get them to sign a form saying you have permission, make sure it has their social security number, date of birth etc.

Then Use this link

Oh make them pay you in advance the same fee or fee plus 5.00. Other tip, never let them bring their own report.

thanks, i already have an application with all the info needed and it states permission, but i just needed the best place to get the report. so thats the best site to do it on?

Its equifax 3-1 report.

i use equifax also for rentals ect. works really good
