Paypal gives better refunds than epassporte
I asked epassporte for a refund and was told that they won't refund because it's a personal account. With the same type of account Paypal at least with ebay purchases will almost automatically give refunds.

the question is where you wanted a refund for. if every one is running around asking for refunds then things get really crazy. so if you have a good reason then i am sure they will. paypal is just fucked up. you want a refund and they will give to you. so you have the good and your cash back. atleast with online services. Had that a few times. the fucking sucks.

I understand never to use Paypal for adult. Epassporte offers adult payment processing. I never told epassporte what the product was I ordered and never received. I asked for a refund for some adult related service, never mentioning it was adult related, not thinking they would care less (not a website membership). After 3 weeks with a 'ticket' number I called and was told their blanket policy for personal accounts is no refund.
