ive been over-exercising, today i walked my dog for 4 hours, and did tons of work in the yard :\

my panic attacks were definately caused as a result of spending too much time infront of the computer. To think all the money i spent on meds and shrinks asking me questions about my childhood bullshit etc...what a waist of time. As soon as i cut back on time infront of the computer they went away. I can even replicate the attacks by delibrately staying infront of the screen all day and all night.

panic attacks and forms of depression are caused by the brain not regulating itself properly chemically.

i am just pointing this out because sometimes it has nothing to do with attitude, but something out of ones control...
