No ones quite sure, from what i gather, the law is kind of ambiguous. I've been hearing a lot, lately, about some legislation being proposed, though, that would outlaw advertising and even PARTICIPATING in online gambling. This legislation also apparently has the backing of the big casino lobby.

Hopefully, this legislation gets trashed
