- stop smoking
- gain some weight
- wake up early
- increase my productivity and earn more

Your suggestions? I'm 21.

i would say try doing all of them and see what happens, but number one i think is quit smoking if you want to live a long life.

Especially do the "wake up early" option - getting up late may feel great for the first few minutes, but it throws you off and you feel shit for the rest of the day; whereas waking up early feels shit initially, but you feel great for the rest of the day.

I suggest a vacation, extra time off, spend some more time outside at the beach or where ever, hang out with some friends or make new ones. Just stay away from the computer.
