does anyone have anything good/bad to say about these programs?

http://sweetapples.com/ they seem to be in the outer rim of the industry.. not very well known (as far as i can tell) but they're perfect for my audience segment. want to know if anyone has had good, bad, or ugly experiences with them  thanks.
