Domain pros: How do you approach a company about buying a domain from them?

theres a company that has a bunch of domains and theres one I *really* want.
Their message is that they dont sell their domains, they just keep buying more to build up.

Their contact page says not to contact them about buying a domain name.
So how do I approach them about buying a domain?
Id give my left nut for it, but Im sure its meaningless to them, from looking at the page they had up

If your price is good as market value goes, contact them anyways about buying it. Explain to them what you want it for (lie if you have to if you think they are a company with values lmao), just give them a reasonable offer.

Should I mention that I actually want to make a site out of it, or do you think they dont care?
and should I offer my Max right away, or offer half of it?

Your not dealing an idea here.. Keep it on the domain.

Ask them how much they value the domain name and base your offer on that.

You're talking about Name Admin Inc right? They didnt put up that contact page stating not to contact them just for shits and giggles. They will not reply to you, let alone sell you the domain, no matter how much you offer them.
