Hookers? Do you mean Hookahs? As it turns out I have some great friends, you might know the lovely couple I?m referring to, Vanilla and Stewie. Oh fuck, did everyone get a good laugh at my expense! 5. Discuss your real estate experiences.
After renting some nice places around Montreal I recently bought a condo/townhouse in Old Montreal. As luck would have it, I moved a couch in the basement that was against an outside wall and found a shitload of mold earlier this week. There?s probably some leak in the foundation which the builder is coming to fix next week. Luckily with new homes in Quebec we have a 5 year warranty, so it?s just a hassle. The condo market is levelling off and I plan to buy up a couple smaller units in the downtown core to rent out over the next little while. I plan to take the the real estate course in the next few months as well so I can educate myself as much as possible (and save 3% on any purchases I make:-). The price of the course will be paid off with the first purchase I make so that?s a no brainer, and I think it?ll be fun to go back to school.   You think Ty will come with Extreme Make Over crew to build me a mansion?
