Etelegate.com would like to apologize for the delay in your June 15th payout

Nice.. I get a email from etelegate about June 15th payments going out... I have never authorized them to make any rebills or anything else for my company. I have pulled all my Ibill links, signups and members long ago. But they are rebilling accounts now that can not even access my sites. Even though I have sent them repeted letters not to.

I have never received a payment from etelegate, how could I, I have never signed up to their service, or given them any company or banking information to send me a payment. How can they be rebilling customers, and NOT even have a way to add or remove uysernames to my members area? Bunch of crooks if you ask me. Just something else to add to my IC3 complaint against Ibill.

Well, it's now gets better....

In the email they provided me a username and pass to enter their CMI...

AND they have been processing for my site! even though they have NO access to add or remove members!

What I really would like to know is how they are processing the "NEW SALES" as shown. New sales from where? There is NO Fucking button anywhere on my join page to them or Ibill. Now, I'm totally confused.

I just got of the phone with my "NEW" Ibill rep about this Etelegate issue etc... He told me, and I quote "If I'm looking for another processor I should look at Verotel" Then went on to tell me that Etelegate is about to loose both visa and mastercard, so Ibills been warning all clients calling in to stay AWAY from them.

Then he told me to sign up with them, (Etelegate) get any money owed, email him to close my account to remove further rebilling. becase in his words, etelgates not going to be around much longer. Still... not a chance I'm signing up to anything Etelegates offering, I'm not about to give them any sort of writen consent and bed with them in any way.

On the Payouts for past due amounts, they have to refure all clients to Ibills attorney in charge of the the case, A Philip Hutson phone number 305-374-3330.

On top of that, back in November I had an argument with Micheil Whitman, my (at the time) account rep. over the original agreement made to get paid and wondering where my payout was. At that time she could not find any information on my saying that I had even entered into an agreement with them, But magically today they found it? ANd sent me a screen shot of it with my Sid, showing the word agreed on it. I asked them to produce the actual written document with my signature, and show me it also, so that we are on the same page, cause if we are then they are of course in breach of contract. But im really just curious to see if they have entered me in as accepted on the new agreement without my actual written approval.

Now, I realise that I'm not going to see a sent, but It's kind of like a soap opera at this point.

All webmasters owed money by etelegate should file a complaint at the Internet Crime Complaint Center http://www.ic3.gov/ This is the direct link to the form you need http://complaint.ic3.gov/Default.aspx

Anyone who got his rebills transfered from IBILL to ETELEGATE, and who has not been paid by ETELEGATE should file ASAP. This is the only way to put the mother fuckers in jail. Dont be scared to file. IC3 is not interested on the content on your site. They just want to know about how you got scamed by etelegate.

Please file today, dont let the bastards enjoy your hard earned money.

After hundreds of threads and literally thousands of posts about the various scams and frauds iBill and Etelegate have pulled in the past few years with webmasters around the world - I still can't fathom why anyone is dealing with these criminals.

Its just fucking unbelievable.

Gerco, I advise that you record all phone conversations you have with either iBill or Etelegate reps. Log and document EVERYTHING. Build up your arsenal of evidence against them...whatever it may be. If you plan to take any legal action - you'll need everything you can get.

Samo, how did you find out that the company is registered in Arizona? According to the contract on eTelegate's admin interface, they are registered in Delaware.

"Etelegate LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, whose principal office is located at 29 Harley Street, London, England W1G 9QR"

The information regarding ETELEGATE is listed within ibill finicial statment located at http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/da...9/ibd10qsb.htm

On March 27, 2006, the Company entered into an agreement to outsource its payment processing services to Etelegate Arizona LLC (Etelegate), an Arizona limited liability company. As a result of the agreement, the Company?s revenue will be primarily derived from transactions processed by Etelegate for both the Company?s clients that existed at the date of the agreement as well as new clients that are signed up after the date of the agreement.

29 Harley Street is a maildrop and the company "Etelegate Limited" is a UK entity which was dissolved at UK Companies House.

Damn.. nothing is a surprise somehow.. we are back to corporate paper-shuffling and the usual deception.

We got an Arizona LLC put together by "Rand Haddock of 2927 North 34th Place, Mesa, Arizona" and one declared member, "David Kaushagen of 8687 East via de Ventura #303, Scottsdale, Arizona" which is the also the registered address of Etelegate Arizona LLC.

We got a TOS on their website that does not state the actual company clients are dealing with - simply, Etelegate.

We got at least three company names being used, Etelegate LLC, Etelegate Ltd, Etelegate Arizona LLC (where one of these three is already a dissolved company) and at least three sets of addresses (where one is a maildrop in a country not related to either LLC).

In addition, we got Etelegate LLC (Delaware) who wants the client contracts signed in their name, - tho iBill only have a deal (according to SEC filings) with Etelegate Arizona LLC and where Etelegate LLC claim their principal place of business is a maildrop at 29 Harley Street, London.

Sounds like time someone paid a visit to this "principal place of business" with a warrant to remove all paperwork.

For convenience sake, if any UK-based webmasters have entered into any dealings with iBill/Etelegate (in whatever form) and are owed funds - there are gentleman ready to work on your behalf at a location near Harley Street.
