Jezz, I guess they should send password info to anybody e-mailing them just like that.

BTW: I've always been able to tal directly to TCG support on ICQ whenever I needed, and Laura is probably the best rep I know.

If you can't get hold of them within 3 weeks of sending 3 emails, they suck.
They ought to have a auto forgotten password responder if they don't respond to emails.

I have never had an issue with them. And when you do have an issue with a program, it is much better to come to the board asking for help, rather than calling names.
