whats the urls of some good download sites where you can pay x$ per month and get unlimited downloads?

i dont want to use an illegal site, just too much hassle and risk.. and i already have a few gigs of iTunes, just need mp3 format for my phone...

none do that in MP3 format. Either they're AAC or protected WMV's

Just go to mp3search.ru, load the account with a $20 minimum and enjoy 200 songs.

Did you know that Apple hardly makes any money off of ITunes and they sell the MP3's for $0.99. ITunes exists to drive IPod sales.

So do you think a company charging $0.10 an MP3 is legit?

allofmp3.com has been in the news for about 3 months now. Definately far from legit.

Uh, apple makes a shitload of money off of the songs they sale. Apple gets around 35% of the money from each song sold ($0.3465), Record Labels get the other 65% ($0.6435) of the cheese, of which the artist of the song only gets around 11 cents, or around 17.09% of the Record Labels profits. So the artist does most of the work in the scenario, puts his soul into his project, and gets the smallest amount possible.

I was about to say that same thing...the record company is making major money with itunes, but apple ain't doing too bad either
