been using hypersnap for like 7 yrs now

takes snaps of whole websites as well, automatically scroll down etc. But snagit is pretty nice as well.

There are a few html->jpg programs on the market. They all produce basicly the same quaility. There are a few free ones out there but they don't scroll.
