Contract Template for the sale of Online Business?
I just sold a small online retailer that I owned, and I need to write up a contract for the sale.
The sale was $6000, so nothing big where I would want to pay a lawyer to write up a contract. Where could I get a premade contract template? Everything I have seen is for brick and mortar type busineses, nothing for the online industry. I did a google search, but couldn't find anything so far. Thank you much guys.

Sorry, but IMHO I'd have to say that any "contract template" probably isn't worth the memory it's loaded in. Always get a real attorney contract. Even a $6000 sale could come back to haunt you and some attorneys will do it cheap.
