Can't go wrong with Ferry Corsten's remix of William Orbit - Barber's Adagio For Strings. Barber's original is classical and was used in the musical score for Platoon.

rachmaninoff's piano concertos 2 and 3, are possibly my all time favourite classical pieces, with 3 taking the cake
Emperor's "the wanderer" , Aeternus "celtic harp solo", Nocturnal Mortum "cheremosh" are cool too, but im not sure which style you're looking for. those all some cool instrumental tracks though
